Your Rights

Ti-Springs Limited is a UK based company and complies with all UK consumer law including the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means that shopping with Ti-Springs Limited is safe.

Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 14 days from receipt.

Returns 

We welcome returns with good reason – Items which are broken/faulty/incorrect can be sent back for a full refund. Please note that under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there’s no legal requirement for us to provide a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind.

Warranty

All our products come with a 1 year warranty. The warranty only applies to the original owner of the product, and a proof of purchase (Invoice Number) is required. Warranty does not apply to moving parts, for example bearings, or cosmetic damage, unless the product is faulty from new. We cannot accept third party costs or workmanship under warranty claims, and the intervention of a third party may void your warranty. Any incurred costs or labour charges are not covered by warranty.

Pricing

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard UK rate of 20%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the EU or to Tax Free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted automatically during the checkout process. 

Payment 

Ti-Springs Limited accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for payment. All payments are processed via PayPal which is the safer, easier way to pay online. We do also accept card payment over the phone, please have your card details and billing information ready.

Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made to Ti-Springs Limited must be in pounds sterling. 

Ordering

When placing an order you are ensuring that all the information given to Ti-Springs Limited is accurate and complete. You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order with us, as well as a payment receipt from PayPal. 

Stock Levels  

Ti-Springs Limited updates the availability of the entire stock list constantly. If a product is out of stock you can click on the ''Notify me when this item is back in stock'' button. Alternatively you can email us and we can setup a back order for you.

Ownership Of Information 

Ti-Springs Limited owns the majority of the images and descriptions used on the website. This information may not be used by any other party without permission from us. The Ti-Springs Limited website is provided for use for end user viewing only. 

All images, writing, code, and intellectual property belong to Ti-Springs Limited. They may not be copied or used without permission.

Accuracy Of Colours 

The colouring process we use, anodising, is based on a chemical reaction, therefore it is not always possible to re-create and match an existing colour during colouring. Plastic coated colours and anodised colours cannot be matched to as they are different finishes.
